Description
Recipe: Punjabi Paneer Masala
Ingredients:
- 200 g paneer (cubed)
- 3 tbsp WowFresh Punjabi Masala (Gravy)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- ½ cup water (adjust as needed)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cream & coriander for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
- Add WowFresh Punjabi Masala (Gravy) and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Add water and salt; bring to a gentle boil.
- Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Garnish with cream and coriander, then serve hot with naan or rice.
