Recipe: Fennel-Spiced Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, bell peppers, peas)
- 1 tsp WowFresh Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and WowFresh Fennel Seeds; sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped vegetables, turmeric, and salt.
- Stir-fry on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
- Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
