Description
Recipe: Methi Aloo (Fenugreek Potato Curry)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped fenugreek leaves or 1 tsp WowFresh Fenugreek Seeds (soaked)
- 3 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak WowFresh Fenugreek Seeds in water for 2–3 hours (if using seeds).
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add fenugreek seeds or chopped leaves and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Add potatoes, turmeric, and salt; stir well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot with roti or rice.
