Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted moth beans
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp WowFresh Usal-Misal Masala
- Oil and salt
Preparation
- Cook sprouts until soft.
- Sauté onions and tomatoes in oil.
- Add WowFresh Usal-Misal Masala and mix well.
- Add cooked sprouts and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve topped with farsan, chopped onions, and lemon juice with pav.
