- Returns Eligibility
- Return allowed only if the material is spoilt, damaged, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or minor packaging variations.
- Reporting an Issue
- Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos/videos of the product along with order details for verification.
- Inspection Process
- Refund will be based on inspection of the material.
- Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as applicable.
- Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
