  1. Returns Eligibility
  • Return allowed only if the material is spoilt, damaged, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or minor packaging variations.
  1. Reporting an Issue
  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos/videos of the product along with order details for verification.
  1. Inspection Process
  • Refund will be based on inspection of the material.
  • Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as applicable.
  1. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been partially consumed
  • Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours
  • Improper storage after delivery
