Description
Recipe: Black Pepper Rasam
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp WowFresh Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- ½ cup tamarind water
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Pour in tamarind water and regular water.
- Stir in WowFresh Black Pepper Powder and salt; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot as a tangy, spicy soup or with rice.
