Shahi Biryani Masala | शाही बिरयानी मसाला (50 gm)

Coriander, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Red Chilli Powder, Salt.

Suggested Recipe – Vegetable Shahi Biryani

Ingredients

• 2 cups basmati rice
• 1 cup mixed vegetables
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp WowFresh Shahi Biryani Masala
• Saffron milk

Preparation

1. Cook basmati rice until 80% done.
2. Fry sliced onions until golden.
3. Cook vegetables with yogurt and WowFresh Shahi Biryani Masala.
4. Layer rice and vegetable mixture in a pot.
5. Sprinkle saffron milk and fried onions.
6. Cover and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
7. Serve hot with raita.
