Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 tomato (chopped)
• 1 cup mixed vegetables
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp WowFresh Tawa Pulav Masala

Preparation

1. Heat butter on a large pan or tawa.
2. Sauté onions until golden and add tomatoes.
3. Add vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
4. Sprinkle WowFresh Tawa Pulav Masala and mix well.
5. Add cooked rice and toss until evenly coated with spices.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with lemon wedges.
