Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Dry Mango Powder, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Cloves, Cinnamon.

Suggested Recipe – Punjabi Chole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chole Masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook until the gravy thickens.
  4. Add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
  5. Add salt and 1 teaspoon Chole Masala.
  6. Simmer for 10–12 minutes so the flavors blend well.
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve with bhature or rice.
