Description
Recipe: Coriander-Spiced Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 tsp WowFresh Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add mixed vegetables, WowFresh Coriander Powder, and salt; mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
