Description
Recipe: Reshampatti Red Chilli Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken (cut into pieces)
- 4–5 WowFresh Reshampatti Red Chillies (whole or crushed)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato puree and crushed WowFresh Reshampatti Red Chillies; cook until oil separates.
- Add chicken pieces and salt; simmer on medium heat until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
