Description
🍛 Recipe: Turmeric Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
2 cups mixed vegetables (potato, carrot, peas, beans)
1 tsp WowFresh Turmeric Powder (Selam)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they begin to crackle.
Sauté onions until golden, then add tomato puree and cook well.
Add WowFresh Turmeric Powder (Selam) and mix thoroughly.
Add the vegetables, salt, and a little water, then cover and cook until tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or steamed rice.
